This box is great for carrying outdoor gear, recovery tools & cooking set-ups. On top of secure storage, this box configures to double as a campsite cooking station.  T

This Defender Rear Storage Box includes all of the aluminum panels to construct the Box itself (assembly required), along with all the hardware and specialty components necessary for assembly & installation.

Compatible with the Vanspeed Passenger Side Mule Carrier 

Also compatibility with rear carriers with molle panels from other manufacturers. Refer to this Mounting Hole Spacing Diagram for specific details.

Product Features:

• Defender Rear Storage Box features an internal storage capacity of approximately 8,357 cubic inches

• Internal storage dimensions : 22.9”(W) // 14.7”(D)  // 24.2”(H) min //  25.3”(H) max

• Box features dual clamshell-style doors with one Locking Latch that keeps both doors secure

• Upper Door can be opened on its own for quick-access of items, while the Lower Door remains in place with its own Non-Locking Latch

• Upper Door has an internal prop mechanism, while the Lower Door rotates down and supports itself against the bottom edge of the box’s base

• Comes with an Inner Shelf that has two variable internal height settings that can be adjusted without the use of tools

• Inner Shelf can also be converted over to become a cooktop/workstation surface that externally mounts to the front of the box once you’ve reached your destination

• Inner Shelf / Tabletop surface area : 19.1”(W) // 12.6”(D)

• The Tabletop is spacious enough to accommodate a Blackstone 17” Tabletop Griddle

• With the Inner Shelf mounted in the higher of the two positions, the box can internally store a Honda EU2200i generator 

• The box comes with (x1) optional Molle Panel which can be mounted to the left or right side of the box (depending on gear setup & preference)

• Molle Panel surface area dimensions are approximately 13.2”(W) // 12.3”(H) (offset 0.8”(D) away from the outside of the box)

• Defender Rear Storage Box’s upper tray can be used as additional, external storage (with L-track & tie down points added as a cut-feature)

• Upper Tray minimum dimensions are approximately 21.9”(W) // 16.3”(D)

• The box has a repeating perforated cut pattern along the top and bottom front edges for rain drainage

• The box’s construction is designed to redirect the collection of rain and moisture away from overlapping panel seams; making the box weather-resistant

• Defender Rear Storage box is a multi-piece assembly constructed from ⅛” thick 5052 aluminum (assembly required before installation)

• CNC Cut, Bent, & Welded for Precise Fitment
